Who We Are?
Aarohan is a social initiative for students and job seekers from remote rural areas to urban metropolises across India. Aarohan was established on 01/06/2025 under the MSME (UDYAM) initiative of the Government of India. It is also licensed by the Government of West Bengal.
The head office is located in the Cooch Behar district of West Bengal. Aarohan is dedicated to the well-being of students and job seekers. The prime objective is to help students find the right career path. The key to this is the Career Psychology test, which is rare in India. In West Bengal, this is the only career psychology centre.
Currently, the firm is working to create awareness among parents and students in both rural and urban areas of the state.
Apart from the career psychology test, Aarohan is continuously engaged in career counselling. It also helps students with admission consultancy through its extensive student network across India. An academic degree alone is not enough to crack interviews and secure a job. To help job seekers prepare, Aarohan has launched a job skill development centre in Cooch Behar, offering a wide range of job-oriented courses. After training, Aarohan crafts professional resumes and coaches candidates for interviews, ensuring they stand out in the job market. Thus, job consultancy is another key service dedicated to the community.
From student life to work life, Aarohan supports the community 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. The goal is to guide students toward the right career path and academic degree, while helping job seekers develop skills, secure employment, and achieve financial independence and happiness. With evolving adversities and complexities in the real world, many people—especially students, parents, and job seekers—are overwhelmed by negativity.
They may feel scared, depressed, tense, or frustrated, which harms mental health. To address this, Aarohan has launched a mental well-being and mind management initiative that meets this urgent need. Aarohan has already served more than 10,000 people facing such mental health challenges, including students, parents, and job seekers. It remains the only firm in the region offering complete career solutions for both students and job seekers.
